At Startingnow.in (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality, practical training to help you build websites without coding. Because our services involve digital content, proprietary knowledge, live instructor time, and intangible educational resources, we have established the following strict Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By registering for any course, workshop, or service on Startingnow.in, you purchase, and thereby agree to, the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy: Strictly No Refunds
Due to the digital and consumable nature of our educational content, live training sessions, and proprietary proprietary resources, Startingnow.in operates on a strict “No Refunds” policy.
Once you have registered for a course and payment has been processed:
- No full or partial refunds will be issued.
- No credits will be applied toward future courses or services.
- Payments cannot be transferred to another individual.
This policy is necessary because once access to our materials (course portal, live links, templates, community access) is granted, that “knowledge asset” has been consumed, and it cannot be “returned.”
2. Our “Conditional Guarantee”: The ‘Do the Work’ Policy
We understand that you are investing your time and money. We are confident in our program’s ability to help you build a website if you follow the steps.
To offer peace of mind while protecting our intellectual property, we offer a Conditional Guarantee. If you can prove that you participated fully in the course and still did not gain the ability to build a basic no-code website, we may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis.
To qualify for a refund consideration under this guarantee, you MUST submit documented proof that you completed 100% of the course requirements, including:
- Attendance: Documented proof (via our platform logs) of attending at least 90% of all live or mandatory recorded sessions.
- Assignment Completion: Submission of all 3 mandatory course assignments, showing a genuine effort.
- The “Portfolio Project”: Evidence that you worked diligently on at least ONE of the 3+ promised live projects (even if incomplete).
- No Refund Request Timing: A formal refund request must be sent after you have completed the full 30-day course but within 7 days of the course completion date. Requests made before the course ends or more than 7 days after it ends will be automatically denied.
If you fail to provide strict proof of all four points above, your request for a refund will be summarily denied.
Note: This guarantee is designed to support committed students who are struggling, not to offer an “easy way out” for those who do not do the work.
3. No Refunds for Change of Mind, Time Constraints, or Technical Issues
We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- “Change of mind” or deciding you are no longer interested in web design.
- Personal time constraints, unexpected work or family commitments, or “I don’t have time to complete the course.”
- Inability to understand the course material (this is why we offer live support during the 30 days).
- Minor technical issues on your side (poor internet connection, outdated computer) that prevent participation. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have the minimum required technology.
4. No Refunds for Discounted, Promo, or April Batch Registrations
Any registrations purchased using a discount code, seasonal offer, promotion (e.g., the ₹300 Early Bird Discount for the April batch), or specific limited-time deals are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including our Conditional Guarantee. Discounted registrations are final sale.
5. Course Transfers & Postponements
Startingnow.in understands that emergencies happen. While we do not offer refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, allow a “Postponement”:
- If you notify us in writing at least 7 days before the course start date that you cannot attend, we may move your registration to the next available batch (e.g., from the April Batch to the May Batch).
- Postponement requests made fewer than 7 days before the start date will not be honored, and you will forfeit your registration fee.
- Postponements are allowed only once per student. If you fail to attend the second batch, your registration will be canceled without a refund.
6. Company Right to Cancel or Reschedule
Startingnow.in reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course batch due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event of a cancellation by us, we will offer you the choice of:
- A full refund of your registration fee.
- Automatic enrollment in the next available equivalent course batch.
Startingnow.in is not responsible for any consequential costs (e.g., internet costs, time lost) associated with such a cancellation.

To request a postponement (under Section 5) or submit documented proof for a refund consideration (under Section 2), you must contact us only at the official email address below. Requests via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or phone will not be officially logged.
