2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in our courses—including but not limited to videos, design templates, text, graphics, logos, and instructional methods—is the exclusive property of Startingnow.in.
- Limited License: You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to access the materials for personal educational use only.
- Prohibitions: You may not record, download (unless permitted), reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of our course content. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or “group buying” will result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may lead to legal action.
3. Course Enrollment & Payment
- Fees: All fees are payable in full at the time of registration unless a specific installment plan is offered.
- Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However, once you have paid for a batch, you will not be charged extra for that specific session.
- Taxes: Any applicable government taxes (GST) are included in or added to the final checkout price as per Indian regulations.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our Refund Policy is integrated into these Terms. As Startingnow.in provides intangible digital assets and live training, all sales are final. Refund requests are only considered under the “Conditional Guarantee” (requiring 100% completion of work and proof of effort) as detailed in our separate Refund Policy document.
5. User Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional decorum during live sessions and in community groups (WhatsApp/Telegram).
- We reserve the right to remove any student who engages in harassment, spamming, or the promotion of third-party services within our platform.
- No refund will be issued if a student is removed for a code of conduct violation.
6. Disclaimer of Earnings & Results
While our 30-day course is designed to provide you with the skills to build websites without coding, Startingnow.in does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, job placements, or “get rich quick” results. Your success depends on your dedication, practice, and market conditions.
7. Third-Party Tools
Our training may involve the use of third-party no-code tools, hosting providers, or plugins. Startingnow.in is not responsible for the performance, pricing changes, or technical failures of these external services. Any costs associated with third-party tools (e.g., domain names or premium hosting) are the responsibility of the student.
8. Limitation of Liability
Startingnow.in and its instructors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify the course curriculum, change instructors, or reschedule live batches to ensure the highest quality of education. In the event of a significant delay on our part, students will be offered an alternative batch.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bharatpur/Jaipur, Rajasthan.
